Placed an order for some curtains on 19 Dec at a price of £400 and still without curtains, samples send out with the colour we wanted and was happy to go ahead with the order, I had added the wrong colour curtains to my basket, but was not made aware of this when the order has been processed, curtains were made regardless. I then asked for a return of the curtains, offered a %50 off on return, as I was in error to my disappointment, for the parcel to now go missing with evri. Still no curtains and no refund or money off almost 2 month later. Very disappointed

Amazing service. The staff were friendly and keen to accommodate my requirements. They went out of their way to get fabric sent out for a next day delivery and that’s exactly what happened. Thank you so much for your efforts to all the team. The bus journey without lugging the fabric was very comfortable! Great service. Thank you !

I brought these curtains in Sept 2021. They are a nice design and a reasonable price. I have purchased many curtains and blinds over the years. Unfortunately the linings dropped soon after hanging. As they have been in a rental property I was not able to do anything until now!

I'm so impressed. I ordered bedding & it was delivered within a matter of days. The quality was excellent and the price amazing. I wouldn't hesitate buying from Terry's again in the future.

At 1450 I ordered a made-to-measure blind from their website, when the order confirmation came through I noticed it said the cord was on the left so I contacted them straight away asking to amend it to the right (I had though I had changed it at point of order but must've have). The message to them was sent at 15:03. I then received a prompt response stating I cannot amend the order once it's been received and my only option was to cancel it (clearly these particular blinds are not manufactured by them if they can't make a simple order amendment) However, even though at 18:01 their customer service emailed confirming no work had been started on the order they were still "awaiting confirmation that the order can be cancelled". So, now, 2 working days later, I still have not had a refund issued and they still can't confirm "if the order can be cancelled" If they have an issue cancelling with their supplier then, unfortunately, that is theirs to deal with and shouldn't affect my order or refund as I sent everything through within the correct time frame according to their policy.

I have had the most beautiful, made to measure curtains, pelmet and track fitted by this company - they had such a vast choice of material so choosing the right one was easy! But more than that - the customer service from this team (Stoke-on-Trent) was absolutely world class! I had a few problems with the curtains, but the team couldn't have been more polite, understanding and helpful! It's hard to find such fantastic customer service these days and these guys went above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

Fantastic service from Terrys for my DIY curtain project. Despite the fact that I was making my own curtains I got great service buying fabric only. I was completely taken seriously with my mood images and even complimented on my source book. Finished curtains made from Carnaby fabric in Ivory supplied by Terrys along with lining and notions. Gold fabric recycled from existing old curtains. My whole order was delivered for just £6 extra, and although supply was delayed I got a phone call to update me. Staff are dedicated and customer-focused. Well worth the visit to the fabric shop. Delighted with the product, price and service.

Shocking poor service, promises Promises Hollow words. 12 days turn around NO 30 minutes on the telephone with customer don’t care services. Next time I’ll stop thinking Terrys or Internet orders seem ideal but clearly aren’t worth using. Please don’t be a VICTIM like we are. If Terrys could turn this around I shall change my review but I’m not hopeful.
